Everything you need!
5/5 Great condo. Very clean and has everything you need. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella handy. Clean area and close to beach. Great restaurant right next door.

Everything was as described
5/5 We have stayed at this property before in a different unit. This unit was better maintained & cleaner.
Good location, disappointing rental
2/5 The location is fine for this property. The unit itself is small which was fine for the two of us. When we first arrived the heating and air was set to heat and locked, it was very humid in the unit and only one window in the entire unit would open. Fortunately the owner was able to remotely access the thermostat and fix it. The walls between the units have no sound blocking properties and the walls within the unit also are very thin. The TV at a low level in the living room can be clearly heard in the bedroom. The sheets on the bed deserve an extra mention also, they were some kind of paper or plastic material that loudly rustled every time you moved, over all this made sleeping difficult. The checkout and cleaning procedures were a bit much too, most places we’ve stayed ask you to load the dishwasher and start it, this unit required us to wait for it to finish and then put all items away, in addition to removing all used linens and towels to a pile for the housekeeping. The unit has some promise, but we would not rent this again.

- Thank you for choosing to stay in my home and for taking the time to leave a review, as guest feedback is important to me
- I have a nest thermostat in the unit, which allows guests to select heat or cool to adjust the temperature. All of my windows and doors are fully operational for fire codes, but I would have been happy to have shown you how to open the windows had you reached out to me
- The walls are indicative of the construction at Barefoot Beach Resort. I personally lived there for two years and never had an issue with the noise
- I only use premium mattress pads and bed sheets in the master bedroom. Based on your feedback, I will upgrade to the highest quality material for the pullout sofa
- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small departure tasks, like stripping linens from beds and putting towels in a pile. However, I will be adjusting my Check-Out instructions to not include as many required items
I truly go above and beyond for my guests and am confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
