5/5 Family spring break. Amazing location - quiet town, 1 min walk to be on the beach, walkable to restaurants and ice cream. Very clean. Great communication. All the basics to make it through the week in the kitchen. We would stay there again.

5/5 We did a family spring break at the house with two little kids. We would stay there again without hesitation. Great communication. Less than a 60 second walk to the beach (there is one large house between this house and the beach. This is kinda like a guest house to the bigger house). Parking right outside the house. Very clean. Small, but comfortable and clean outdoor patio that flows with the indoor living room. All the basics to cook. Good amount of beach toys, umbrella, wagon and chairs. No bugs indoors and very few outdoors (this surprised us, it may just have been the time of year?!?). Area seemed very safe.
Indian Rocks Beach is a pretty quiet little beach town with plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. Also easy drive to Clearwater (Pier 60 is worth the short drive for the sunset festival) and not too far from St Pete, Tampa, etc. We also went to Weeki Wachi with the kids and it was about a 1.5hr drive.
No problems or complaints during our stay.

5/5 Best part of staying was the beach access literally steps away. No view but so close! Very quiet and clean. Happy with our stay, no negatives!
Long Beach Weekend
5/5 Had a great time here. Property location is great with a very short walk out to the beach and several great places to eat and drink. Place was clean and a prefect size for us and the other couple we traveled with.
