• Wonderful stay

  The outdoor space and water view are the real gems of this property. We spent most of the time outside. The house was clean upon arrival and was spacious for our group. I was happy to see that the house was well stocked with paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper etc. Some rentals don't even have the basics which is incredibly frustrating. House is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. My biggest complaint is the back door has an automatic close making the door slam loudly. I understand the need for the automatic close but perhaps it can be manipulated to close softly. Some of the cushions on the patio are very worn but did not detract from our enjoyment of the outdoor space. Overall we had a great stay and would be interested in staying here in the future or at other properties that the owners have.

  Loved it - saw dolphins and pool was perfect for kids! We loved it!! 6 adults and 3 kids under 5! Awesome! The beach was close and not very crowded!!!

• Beautiful views

  This property had amazing views, and a great outdoor area overlooking the harbor. The home is decorated kind of oddly, and one of the bedrooms with a king bed didn’t have a full bath, so that was a little bit of a disappointment, but the property was very clean in the communication with the management company was easy.

• Not worth the Money

  For what we paid we would have thought that the pool and spa would have been heated or at least a little warmer, it was so cold we couldn't even swim in it. It was like it was just filled up with a hose that is how cold the water was. Also there was info inside about contacting the house Manager JR if you had any issues or questions and we texted him 2-3 different times about questions we had we no response back at all.

  Hi Robert, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
  -The pool temperature can reach up to 85 degrees. During your stay, the pool temperature was set to 86 degrees. We request that guests do not press the Spa button as this can cause the pool heat to malfunction as it did during your stay. The pool heat has been repaired and can be used as expected by future guests
  -We have spoken with JR and the records show that there was active communication between the two of you during your stay.

  The house was very clean and kitchen was well equipped.

  Pool deck area is fantastic, we watched dolphins every day. Beds were so comfortable and Had a wonderful time
