Nice Condo
3/5 The condo is very nice. We had a couple of problems but Kim was responsive and corrected the items quickly. I was disappointed with the orientation of the building - even though it has great views, it faces due North. We were there for the entire month of February and the sun never hits the balcony and only a small portion of the pool deck. This might be a good thing in the heat of the summer but it is not optimal in February.
There is a private beach but the water in the lagoon is not someplace that you would swim. The building has a very nice gym and the condo association has many activities that you are welcome to attend. There are several great restaurants close by.
2ND TIME Visiting Property
5/5 Had a Great time visiting family in the area. Worked out in the Gym, Played Bingo in the Clubhouse and met very nice owners who live here full time. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Kim was very responsive . If you are looking for a quiet , relaxing vacation this is the place to visit..
Manatee in Lagoon - Amazing
5/5 The Host Kim is Awesome! The condo was very clean and supplied well.
We took a walk on the Nature Trail and got to see Manatee in the Lagoon.
Very relaxing vacation will definitely be back again
