• Nice location, needs improvement

  The Good: The property location is a nice quiet neighborhood located near the Gulf and many fine restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean.

  The bad: The living room furniture looks good until you sit down (and I mean down)! The furniture needs to be replaced. The electrical service has issues and should be checked by a qualified electrician. Kitchen cabinets are peeling. We have a hot tub at home but would not get in this one. Oh, and the "lounge chairs" are small, low beach chairs. If you have arthritis, you won't be using them. The AC compressor sits right outside the bedrooms, so you'll hear it all night when it turns on.

  - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall but disappointed to hear your stay didn't meet your full expectations and would like to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We were unaware the furniture was a concern as we have not had this complaint before, but appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will look into getting it replaced.
  - We are uncertain as to what your concerns were with the electricity in the kitchen and the hot tub as your comment was vague, however, we want to assure you the electric wiring is up to date and everything works as expected. We have the hot tub serviced at least once a week, or more when we have multiple reservations within a week's period. We wish you had reached out during your stay and given us the opportunity to address your concerns, we would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address your concerns.
  - We have never received this complaint before on the location of our AC system, but we're sorry if this negatively impacted your stay.
  - We offer two beach chairs that are short/low, as they are intended to sit low in the sand/water at the beach. We also offer 12 other chairs, between 2 PVC Adirondack chairs, 4 swiveling/rocking cushioned chairs, 2 rotating wicker chairs, and 4 bar stools, there are plenty to choose from, but we're sorry to hear none of these options met up to your expectations. Again, we thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and will take everything into consideration.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Very nice property. Only tho if missing was access to kayaks but property was nice We did have an odd man swim up to the dock and try to access properly.

  Rented for a 2 day staycation. Enjoyed the home very much. Well equipped, well furnished and the master bedrooms bed was very comfortable.

  Great house. Checking in was super easy. Everything as described in listing. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Please co aided replacing it with a regular bed.
