5/5 Communication with Matthew was great. The house itself had some very interesting history. House was set up nicely, with enough kitchen items to create dinners.

Cute little place for a quiet getaway
4/5 Great experience staying on canal. Wonderful screened in porch to sip coffee and enjoy happy hour. Had a couple issues, but host/mgmt co was very responsive and helpful. Kayaking was a highlight. Hudson itself not a great beach location, but SunWest (man made beach) 5 min away and $5 parking fee. Check out Tarpon Springs for beaches and shopping (30 min away).

- Our guest book is now at the house showing how centrally located to many beaches we are. I am so sorry it was not there for your stay.
- In addition to Sun West and Hudson Beaches, to the North are Pine Island and Brasher Park; both are great beaches not too far from the house that our family enjoys.
- To the South, much closer than Tarpon, are Gulf Harbors and Robert K Rees Beaches in New Port Richly.
We hope you will come back and enjoy the house again and maybe try your hand at some of the world-class fishing we also offer in the area!Easy and clean
5/5 House was clean and easy to check in to. Water is hot, bathrooms are clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, plenty of towels in the house too. Washer and dryer came in handy and are very nice machines.Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to several good bars/restaurants. Kayak and canoe were fun to go fishing in the canals with, caught a few trout and snapper. Lots of sheepshead around dock pylons.Would recommend and would stay again!

Family get away
5/5 We enjoyed staying at this property. It was nice to be able to use the kayaks and paddle out to the gulf were we saw dolphins swimming. There is a grocery store near by. The house had everything needed for our stay. The TV on the screened deck was a plus to be able to relax in the evening but still be outdoors.

We recently added the TV on the porch, and I had mixed feelings about doing it until I sat out one morning enjoying my tea with it on watching a manatee meandering around the canal.
