Nice house, but not clean
2/5 Nice house, open layout, on canal w boathouse. We used the grill, kayaks and enjoyed the swing and sunroom. But was not clean. Fridge/ cabinets were full of half empty food- called Megan about it when we arrived and no space to put our groceries. She was polite, explained she had left the items in case a future renter needed them. Much of it was expired or nearly empty, though. She allowed me to throw it out. Then discovered fridge/ freezer w spilled food, debris, which we had to clean. Microwave w red sauce and thick layer of butter and cleaned it. Window to sunroom and outside covered with dog slobber, which we cleaned the next morning. Mold on master bath window and gaskets of frig. I have photos if needed. Would like to have the cleaning fee refunded since it was not really done. We have not had an experience like this before w a VRBO property.

Scalloping vacation.
5/5 We enjoyed our stay for our scalloping vacation. The home was beautiful, comfy beds and equipped with everything we needed. The back deck is awesome and we really enjoyed the swing! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
