• Very nice house and location

  The house is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The private pool was awesome as well, but the controls to get it going are confusing. However, the owner answered his phone at any time of the day and walked us through the pool. And helped us with different things throughout the trip. Extremely nice, helpful, and understanding.

• Heated pool

  The house needs more maintenance: bathrooms clogged all the time ( even when we were extra care supervising the kids with the toilet paper). Pots and spoons old. Towels with bleach stains. Hot tub : just one turbine works. One chair has a broken leg. Good thing: has cleaners for emergencies. Tv in each room. A/c works great. Pool is clean. Good location close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. If you want to rent this place again work in the maintenance inside the house. Just the pool it not a big deal. And I tried the phones, no body answered. At the end of the day, it is a good house that need just good care.

• Everything was just ok

  The home could have been cleaner, I found chips under the living room table. The pool was not clean and there was no net to clean it until they brought it over the day before we were scheduled to leave and expected us to clean the pool ourselves.

• House has potential- but needs much updating- and CLEANING-

  Positive- Good media- nice tv s and electronics throughout the house- Nice dining and living room Kitchen functional- location close to Publix, restaurants, I 95- we were in town for a sporting event- 6 miles to Hard Rock Stadium Negatives- Dirty- pool deck and area cluttered and extremely un- kept- Pool had not been cleaned- plastic bottles and cigarette butts in the pool bottom when we arrived. Broken grill and parts all over the place, paper etc---not a nice pool area at all- has promise but needs cleaned badly- to much clutter around the yard- NOTHING LIKE PICTURES AT ALL Shower doors falling off in one of the bedrooms- the other shower leaky and generally dirty 3 king beds and no pull out- I believe write up said double beds cots etc were an option- nothing in the house- Washer and Dryer barely functional- Place has potential- but I would pull it off the site until some one gives it a good cleaning and de-cluttering-

• FILTHY.....and I mean filthy dirty!!

  When we arrived, the pool had numerous balloon pieces floating in it, it was dirty, rocks had been thrown in, such a disappointment. Had my future son-in-law not cleaned your pool filter, and known how to use the remote, we would not have been able to enjoy either pool or hot tub. How about some instructions?! And what is with all the left over broken umbrellas and toys being left in the back yard.....eyesores! The house was left so dirty, the cleaning crew should be fired! Wet towels left in the washer, more in the dryer, not put out into the bathrooms. No dish soap, not enough toilet paper to even have some in each bathroom. The main dining room table was covered in a sticky mess, trash left on the front porch, floors covered in sand and dirt, just an absolute mess!! The wood floor in the spare bedroom is also warping, almost sliced open the foot of the person staying in there....that would have really been bad! I live in Panama City Beach, and deal with the cleaning side of property management for the last 10 years.....I would be horrified if any one of our properties were left in that condition. I would like a 50% discount off our payment. You will need to call me to get my credit card number, I had to get a new card due to fraud. I would then like it credited back onto my card.
