  This is a modern, spacious fully equipped home in a manned security gated community with easy access to nearby shopping and getting to the theme parks.

  The owners were absolutely above and beyond what I have seen before as gracious to settle us in comfortably and I have been renting homes like this before in the Orlando area, Hawaii, Maui and in Australia.

  Pool was very well heated even when we had 35f Temps briefly.

  Very quiet, no neighbor noise at all, pool faces south for all day sun. Huge main bathroom with an extra large soaking tub for relaxation, plus the outside jacuzzi. There is a pool table and Foosball in garage, separate washer dryer room, plenty of living room space, soft sink in and relax sofa and loungers. Larger than normal kitchen fully equipped, secondary bedroom has a closet itself that is almost a room itself. Beds were comfortable, nothing cheap like a motel furnishing.

  TVs had Roku and more. Air conditioning was very good throughout.

  In summary I was satisfied beyond normal and will be booking again for our next vacation.

• NIGHTMARE

  Well don't know by where to start as this vacation turned out to be a nightmare in the vacation home that we rented. We arrived on Friday the 14th house appeared to be nice but not very well cleaned. The housekeeping needs more attention to detail but we were not going to let that ruin our stay. So as we got there extremely tired from a 5 hour drive all we wanted to do was shower and call it a Night so we thought. The largest master bedroom had roaches on the bed and that delayed us another hour due to the fact that we had to change all the sheets and inspect all bedding carefully to make sure we found no more insects on the other beds. After we got done with all that we thought ok we will enjoy our Saturday let's call it a night. Yeahhhh right in the middle of the night my sister that was staying in the smaller master fell yes fell as all the sticks on the bed frame were loose. She had to sleep on the couch for the rest of the night imagine after a 5 hour drive being tired of working all morning Friday to have to end up sleeping on a couch how exciting. So we waited a little later in the morning to contact the management company. They did nothing as we were told it was the weekend and they had nobody for repairs. Ok so what are we suppose to sleep on the floor ??? They did nothing at all so while we are trying to get this fixed with the management company we all start to get ready and what do you think happened next one of the smaller kids rooms got flooded with water. So again i notify the management company and again I am told it is the weekend. I made her aware that we will be leaving to the park in 1 hour that we expect everything to be fixed by the time we return and yep nothing was fixed by the time we arrived. We checked out today Sunday and not 1 call to apologize not 1 call to know what we finally did not 1 call to tell us that someone was on the way nothing!!!! This home is falling apart it has severe plumbing issues and the furniture is not safe at all. They even asked us to leave without refunding us back! They are the worst please don’t book this property!
