4/5 Property is as listed. Small but definitely better than staying at extended stay. Enjoyed porch and green space. Property was located near a train track and a busy road.

Night stay
5/5 We were in town to visit family and needed a place to stay overnights . Worked well for us , clean, quiet and just like the pictures. Highly recommend this one.

Clean room and central location
3/5 The room was clean and met our need for a place to sleep. It is an easy in and out even though the traffic in Haines City is heavy. The location was close to train tracks and the train ran several times a night.
Overall if we had to go back to Haines City we would book the room again.
It is good please for CDL students
