  The unit was very nice, beds were super comfortable and layout was great. Only thing that was lacking was the owner requested we fill and start dishwasher when leaving, which is reasonable, however not dishwasher detergent was provided. I couldn’t wash dishes by hand because no soap was available. Also was asked to start a load of towels upon leaving. Again no detergent was available. A few other small issues with supplies. I have no problem buying some supplies but it would be nice to have at least a little till I could get to store.

  Also a community pool was listed. Emailed contact person listed and she did not have any information on it. We stayed for 6 days and never did get an answer.

  Quite Nice for small family 3 to 6 people.Pool was Great. (Thanks Paula)Location was very good for any needs, food, WinnDixie is Supurb, Mannys ChopHouse Restaurant (A Must For Exceptional Dining Experience). Everything one Needs right close by. Older home restored nicely. Everything worked, No Complaints, Paula, very, very Helpful if need be. Would not hesitate to Rent again. Rogers Family 3/27/2023

• Watching College ball

  We came in to watch college softball for the week and our stay was lovely! The house is the right size for a group of 5-6 and our family loved staying here. The neighborhood is so friendly. We would highly recommend!

  We have NO Complaints.

  Overall, we had a very nice time. House was nice and clean, Pool was simply Great, Manny's Chophouse is a MUST Do. Food Service etc. was exceptional and right down the street. Antything we desired / needed was right close. Having Paula close by and she answered any questions we had.

  Will be back next trip.

  House was perfect size for our two families (2 adults / 2 adults, 1 teenager). Beds were comfortable, house was clean, heated pool was fantastic (no diving).Managed by Evolve, my contact Paula was fantastic. Answered my email inquiries both before and during my stay, within minutes of my sending the email.A couple of hooks in the master bedroom and ensuite would be a good idea to add (couldn't hang anything up to dry).A few comments - provided just one garbage bag, 1.5 roles of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and there was no dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods or washing machine detergent. Was advised what was provided was a courtesy, and renter is to buy their own. This is inconvenient, as none of the above are sold in individual sizes, so for example had to buy whole box of laundry pods just to do one wash. Not sure why they can't provide a couple of each.Other than that, enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.
