Florida trip
3/5 Not the greatest. Eight of us staying and only 1 towel each for the entire trip. I inquired about getting 2-3 more towels and got no answer. Ice maker did not work. Only 2 kitchen trash bags. No cleaning supplies. Location was fine but a long way from beach. I was allowed to check in about 1.5 hours early which was great.

Peaceful & Quiet Getaway
5/5 We absolutely loved everything about our experience with this home! It was clean, well stocked, and easily accessible. We had extra excitement with a friendly bear that joined in the backyard one night! A definite memory for us!!

Amazing Stay
5/5 My family and I decided to go to Florida for my birthday weekend and the stay at this house was just amazing. The booking process with Evolve was very smooth and easy. After arrival the actual owner of the home reached out to me with a warm welcome and was available if I needed anything. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The owner is a semi-retired pastor. He would serve you as his church members. I highly recommend staying at this house because it was close to everything including the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
Spacious
5/5 This was such a great place to rent. We came in for a retirement and was able to cook dinner and invite some friends and family over for a small gathering. All the essential cookware was there. We had plenty of space for everyone to sit around and talk and laugh.
We also got to meet the owner which was a great joy. He was very funny and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We definitely will be renting again.
