I have been renting vacation houses for our family trips for 20 years. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is in the very top few favorites of places we have ever stayed. I have never even left a review for any others before, but I felt I should leave my first one for this house - that’s how good it is.The owners are amazing. They were in contact from the moment we booked with a text welcoming us to the property and letting us know about special events going on in town the week we were visiting. They responded super quickly to any questions I had, and went above and beyond to arrange things for us that I wouldn’t have even expected them to do. Absolutely the best communication and super helpful accommodations I’ve ever had in a host.The house is perfect. Such high quality renovations done throughout that preserve a lot of the original character of this beautiful home, while still feeling fresh and clean and new. The pool is heaven. The big sectional and tv was a teen favorite. The dining area we used for games and puzzles all week. The shed has tons of pool toys and beach toys and a cooler and beach chairs and boogie boards and a nice beach cart. They thought of everything.The house is less than a five minute walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood. Super quiet beach, uncrowded, clean, and warm water even in April. Excellent beach. Great area. Wonderful house. Amazing owners. 10/10 would rent again.

Family fishing fun.

The rental was fantastic ....plenty of space for all of us. Family members and cousins for a fishing trip and tournament in Fort Pierce. The kitchen area accommodated all 5 of us around the table for talks and adult beverages, great kitchen !!!!

We were lucky to find a home to accommodate our friends and family.... We will be back, thanks again for having us... EJO

Absolutely Amazing Place!

The owners are amazing. They were in contact from the moment we booked with a text welcoming us to the property and letting us know about special events going on in town the week we were visiting. I texted asking if we could rent extra beach chairs somewhere, and he responded “let me see what I can do” and had five more brand-new chairs waiting for us at the house when we arrived (for a total of nine). I hadn’t realized we needed to request the pool to be heated before the trip, and texted him the second day asking about it because it was a bit cool, and he was so helpful about getting us set up with a nice warm lovely pool. Absolutely the best communication and super helpful accommodations I’ve ever had in a host.

The house is perfect. Such high quality renovations done throughout that preserve a lot of the original character of this beautiful home, while still feeling fresh and clean and new. The tile floors are gorgeous. The pool is heaven. The big sectional and tv was a teen favorite. The kitchen table has a lovely granite top that was perfect to use as an island and a table. The dining area we used for games and puzzles all week (which are nicely stocked under the bar countertop). The shed has tons of pool toys and beach toys and a cooler and beach chairs and boogie boards and a nice beach cart. The owner put out a lovely welcome basket with chips and snacks and travel toiletries. And the beach towels were all individually rolled up in a nice basket by the back door close to the pool. As my teens said, “if we ever do an AirBnb you need to do it just like these people did.” They thought of everything.

The house is less than a five minute walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood. Some days we all walked, some days we had the dads load up the gear and chairs in the SUV and drive to the beach parking area to drop it all off while the rest of us rode along or walked. It was close enough for the teens to walk home from beach early if they were done before the rest of us. Excellent location.

I’m out of space to write so I’ll keep it short - Excellent beach. Great area. Wonderful house. Amazing owners. 10/10 would rent again.

Attention to detail is top notch. David was fantastic. Any question we had he handled and responded within minutes. Relaxing neighborhood. The walk to the beach every morning was refreshing. Spacious and quiet. House and pool are great.
