  • Still waiting for VRBO cancellation refund

    Excellent property. However third party billings by VRBO and Evolve were outrageous and almost criminal. Using algorithms to determine nightly stays and pocketing overpriced damage premiums on insurance and host of other add ons is financially dubious. You really have nothing to be proud. The owners were terrific. 5 Star. The 3rd party costs not so much. Although Evolve responses and help was excellent

We never want our guests to be surprised by hidden charges, so all additional fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservations. Additionally, Evolve does its best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and uses a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season.   • Beautiful condo

    My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 weeks. The condo has been completely updated and is very nice. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area is very nice, but you need to be there early as it is very busy - but we enjoyed it every day. The property is in a great location - close to a number of stores and restaurants. Right off of some main thoroughfares, so easy to get around, but isolated from any road noise. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Delightful to work with. Highly recommend this property!
