  It was exactly like the pictures and perfect for a birthday weekend with 3 friends. The area is safe and I felt secure and the owner communicated with me every step of the way! The apartment has everything you may need and was a perfect weekend and worth the price.

• Not clean and. It taking care

  Place was not clean, kitchen was beyond clean, sofa bed when you seat you feel the woods.Under the bed lots of dirt and used intimate clothing . Cracks all over the unit.Outside paint is pealing , weeds and trash, laundry room is unacceptable , trash, sardine cans open, construction materials , etc You can easily cut your self if you walk outside on the back yard or if you go to the laundry.Refrigerator nasty.Closet is a joke, no hangers and no space.Not recommended for nobody.For this amount of money I could stay in a hotel.Looks like landlord is in another city and somebody is not doing is job.Stay away if this property

  Yomtov, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review:
  -Our home is professionally cleaned before and after each guest's stay. Additionally, the refrigerator is like new and is washed and cleaned for every guest. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues you were experiencing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home
  -The sofa is a futon bed that has wood slats underneath to support the bed, it is firmer than a sofa, however, it is not at all uncomfortable
  -We have found there are no cracks inside the apartment and as it's located in a known hurricane area the outside of the home may have a few weather spots. The laundry room is not for guest use, it is for the long-term lease tenants on site and we kindly ask guests to refrain from entering the room. We'd also like to note, there are hurricane panels and protective shutters for hurricanes located in the back as these items are crucial to have in the South Florida area. The apartment is not under construction
  -The closet is huge, 12 feet long with a six-foot-plus clothes rod to hang clothes. There are six hangers available and behind the rod are two courtesy beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a box fan for guests to use
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Apartment was very cute, colorful and clean. Not far at all from downtown or the beach, along with walking distance to nearby stores and a park. Lori was very informative from start to finish and staying here contributed towards our experience in Fort Lauderdale being a great one. Thanks!

  Lori's hospitality was fantastic!! The location of this place was ideal. The place itself truly felt like I was on vacation, and gave me that Florida tropical vibe. She also provided water and other home items to use. Never stayed in a place like this and look forward to continue to rent this spot out! Thank you for being a part of the memories of a beautiful trip.
