Quick trip
5/5 Enjoyed a weekend stay here with 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean unit and everyone fit comfortably. When we arrived the smoke alarm in the outside hallway needed a new battery and David was kind enough to send his son to change it out right away so we didn’t have to listen to it beep all night.

Beach Baseball Weekend
5/5 Great location on the quiet North end of Amelia Island. Quick walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean and check in was simple and efficient. 5 minute drive from Historic Downtown.

Great comfortable space close to beach & short bike ride to historic district.
5/5 We stayed for 10 days…kitchen was well equipped w/Keurig, all the kitchenware needed to make some delicious dinners. Big Screen tvs, reliable wifi, Netflix, cozy blankets, parking right in front of unit w/easy to open electronic lock all made it a most enjoyable experience & a great value!
