Special River house
5/5 5 star. Would recommend this house if you are planning to visit river springs. It’s very clean and has everything needed to enjoy time at rainbow river. One master bedroom with ensuite shower . 3 other bedrooms that share a second bathroom w tub/shower and sinks. House has Kayaks , floats , beach towels, cooler , paddles etc. Great location right on the water. House had plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably with 6-8 people. Only suggestion is if you plan to watch tv in master bedroom bring a FIRESTICK as we forgot ours. However with all the natural beauty and river activities we really didn’t miss not having a tv in the bedroom. Swampy’s is 0.5 miles from house and easy to walk to. Quiet relaxing area where lots of great memories were made. Would come back again. Great renters to deal with, excellent communication. Had everything we needed and more.

4/5 Beautiful house with room for plenty, beautiful location on the water. Everything clean and professional, the only complaint would be the beds are not very comfortable. Otherwise, paradise!

Great river house
4/5 Our family of seven adults and two children stayed quite comfortably in this house on beautiful rainbow river. The house was well equipped with everything we needed plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, we had a great stay. Our only complaint was the beds were not that comfortable.
