Exceeded expectations!!
5/5 This little condo was just perfect! The pictures are very accurate and it felt brand new. It was very clean and nothing was out of place, it was like we were the first ones that have ever visited! The private beach access was so easy! We opted to use the beach service everyday because we didn’t have room to travel with chairs/umbrellas. It was totally worth it and the beach was absolutely beautiful! There is also a really good place to order food right off the beach, but be prepared they only take cash! The owners were just a text or call away if we had questions. We will definitely be back!

True enjoyment but yet disappointment
4/5 We absolutely fell in love with the condominium… we were just a bit disappointed in the loud traffic noise on route 98 all day and even into the early morning hours.. difficult to sleep sometimes with racers and sirens about.. also the privacy on back deck was not what we expected because of all the golfers!! Facing hole #1!! 30 golfers would meet there every morning and they golfed all day long…and we were not able to enjoy our coffee on the back deck as expected in privacy.. One more thing was to make sure when you say you have a coffee maker that you say it is a Keurig not just regular coffee maker and n the listing.. Also all the golfers would come and park in our designated spot in front of the condo and we were afraid to leave sometimes for fear we wouldn’t have a parking space when we returned. Great location in close proximity to everything!!

Delightful in Destin
5/5 Recently all updated, unit was very clean. Cozy & charming unit, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the Par 3 golf course, the gated community for the daily walks. Short walking distance to private beach. Heated pools & hot tubs were refreshing for us snow birds. The restaurant was outstanding, a must try for everyone. Host was friendly & easy to communicate with & made us feel home. Was pleased it was pet friendly. The staff at Sandpiper Cove were also very friendly. Im sure we will be back.
