  The room was sleepable, however, the entire place is under construction. We were woken up early each morning by the sounds a smells of paint, drywalling, etc. The laundry room was closed due to construction, and the gym was closed due to construction. We also spotted roaches in our room a few times. The remote control for the tv was sticky and scotch taped together. As an avid traveler, I would have to say this was the most unpleasant room I’ve ever booked and I would not recommend a stay to anyone. I also had problems with billing originally. I was quoted one price, and received an invoice for a higher amount. I was able to get that issue sorted out, however, it took numerous emails and calls and it was a hassle. For the price I paid for this room, I feel I should have been notified that the entire place was being renovated and given the option to stay at a discounted price, or to cancel the booking. I do have pictures as well that I can provide from our stay.

  Shared from the owner: "I am sorry that you felt this way about your stay. We would have made every effort to help if you had reached out during your stay. You are correct the building is currently undergoing a full renovation and that was stated in the description when you had booked. We try to be very open and honest with all our guests. I think you would agree the place was exactly like the pictures and was a beautiful newly renovated hotel room with superior amenities. The renovation of the building will be completed soon and we will continue to provide our guests with superior accommodations."
