1/5 We arrived to the property. Opened the door and was greeted with a strong odor of cigarettes. It was overwhelming. We got refunded from evolve but not from vrbo.

Great experience
5/5 My family of 5 spent two nights here and absolutely loved it. The condo was easy to access, clean, the perfect size and had all the supplies we needed for a beach vacation. The view of the beach was lovely and the location close to groceries, stores and restaurants was very convenient.

5/5 Room was outstanding. Clean, spacious, has a balcony. full kitchen. Overall great place to stay at the beach.
2/5 Description was online read two pools outside and one inside. There was no follow or update that everything was closed due to the hurricane, so with that being said, I think the price should be reduced or a slight refund. Communication from the start was speedy and they had answered all questions as in how many parking spots do I get. I even messaged him that I have a small motorcycle trailer I could fit in a spot. they responded we get two. When I get to the check in I informed them I have a small motorcycle trailer and the lady goes there’s no motorcycle trailers allowed on our property. So that was a major inconvenience. Also, after I handle that situation. I went through the emails I was sent about welcome and what to do at chick in and checking out. In the email they wrote down Wi-Fi DBG guest and password €><%?. . I emailed the screenshot of all the Wi-Fi’s listed. Absolutely no response for three days after check-in.
