Adventures in cleaning
2/5 We were a party of four two of us spent the first 3 to 4 hours cleaning to make the place liveable. The stove top was caked with food residue and grease. The oven was unusable because it was caked with food and grease. The microwave was caked with cheese and ramen noodles. The bathrooms were mouldy, so was the kitchen sink. The floor throughout were dirty and hadn’t been swept in months. I could go on. We could send pictures. It’s too bad because the location was good. This place needs a good, deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.

Hi there, the homeowner and their team work hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they'd like to clarify the following: We make cleanliness a top priority, and the home is professionally deep cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. Further, we value the cleanliness of the home and we are sincerely sorry for any evidence of cleanliness issues you found since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations. The condo has been freshly remodeled and is well-kept. We want every guest to have a great experience, and if something's not as expected we'll do our best to remedy it. The pre-stay email includes the Guest Contact information for all guests to reach out if there are any questions or concerns. We weren't given the opportunity, but we would have been more than happy to address any issues. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
