Cozy Condo
5/5 The place was perfect! Cozy and clean. Plenty of room for four. Will stay here again if I rent a place back in the area. The owner was very nice. Highly recommend!
Daytona beach condo
4/5 The location was great! Right on the beach. The floors were not very clean. Other than that it seemed clean. Only 1 light bulb in the bathroom was working. What's with that? The trash can took 6 batteries and wasn't working so we just had to pile it up in a trash bag. We bought K-cups, which we don't use but the Keurig was not working. Luckily someone had put a regular coffee maker in there with coffee so we used that. Overall, it was OK. We paid over $500 for 2 nights so I think we might look elsewhere if we stayed again at Daytona beach.

Nice and peaceful
5/5 Excellent view! Just as the pictures show. Right by everything, left the truck parked and we walked everywhere. Seconds from the beach! Excellent communication from the owner! Will definitely be booking here again!

Peaceful!
4/5 The condo its self was wonderful, the view of the ocean was peaceful, and the atmosphere was great! The only complaints I have regarding this condo was: 1. The directions to access your room was very vague in the email sent to us. If it wasn't for a gentlemen coming out of the front door of the building, we are not sure how would have been able to get in to the elevators to access our room. ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED 24/7. (Which isn't a bad thing, just a little confusing for out of towners) You must have the keys inside your room to access anything, pool, beach, etc... 2. The pool needed some help! It was full of algae and needed cleaned. Was swimmable , but needed some TLC! Overall the communication with the Evolve Team was very helpful and successful. Would book again!

Amazing stay!
5/5 We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The condo was spacious with all amenities and was so close to the beach! The owners were quick to respond when we needed them! Only complaint is the parking garage was being worked on constantly and spaces were incredibly tight!
