• Unhappy with pretty much the whole deal

  From first getting there. The sides walks were all cracked the building needed pressure washing and the so-called nice looking garden in the pictures were all overgrown. Going through the front door. The screen door was broken. The entry door had cracks in it that when you closed it and stood in the living room you could see daylight. Entering the unit in the door jamb was filthy entering the unit we noticed the air conditioner was struggling. So opened up the bifold door to find the air filter filthy and also the walls in that closet were full of fur and must. It said it was a no smoking room in the room smelt mildewy and Smokey. Not to mention the pot smell from neighbor apartments. The master closet was full of owners things that was very hard to use that whole closet for any of our things. When stripping down the beds finding mold on the plastic sheets on both beds. After being in the room for a couple of hours I contacted your company and wished to be moved someplace else. Trying to explain to her the different things that were bad all she kept saying and contradicting whatever I said and changing the subject. We were on vacation and she asked me could I take some pictures send them to her call the owner. Call the management company. And I tried again to explain to her that I was on vacation that I didn't have time to do all this. Very unhelpful and making me waste all my time to stay here. I have numerous pictures to show all the above problems. I actually should have sent this information sooner because I was trying to request either a refund or some money back. One way or the other. I will probably use somebody else to book my stays from now on.

  - The air conditioner is in working condition and was replaced within the past year.
  - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s actions are simply out of our control.
  - We're sorry you found some stains on the plastic covering under the bedsheets. We can assure you that it isn't molded, but our cleaning services will be made aware of the issue, and we have removed the plastic to avoid future problems.
  - The closet in the master bedroom is used to store cleaning supplies, but there is plenty of closet space in the other room with hangers provided.
  - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during check-in if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.

• Roaches

  I was very disappointed with the amount of money paid for this rental. The inside is not terrible however there were multiple live roaches found in the silverware and utensils drawer. No trash bags or paper towels were provided as stated. The carpet in the queen bedroom definitely needs to be cleaned I felt dirty walking around barefoot. A couple of the doors you can tell had water damage and were never repaired (I worried about mold in the carpet). There are only six towels and no washer/dryer so we had to use only one towel all week. I did contact them after the first day we saw roaches and let them know I was uncomfortable staying in this unsanitary place and they let me know they would contact the owners after two more days with no response I went ahead and sent videos of the roaches because it was if they didn't believe me. Very limited response after this. The area that the place is in is not very nice just down the street there is a 7/11 that has quite a bit of rough traffic and I wasn't very happy about walking in this area with my children. Daily it smelled of cigarettes since I believe the people that live below and to the right were avid smokers. The flowers in the middle were awesome however the outside sidewalks and areas had lots of trash.

  -Due to our location in Florida, bugs are a common nuisance. Knowing this both the building and our condo take extreme measures to limit their exposure. Our condo and the building have pest control do monthly inspections and services. Unfortunately, this being Florida doesn't eliminate all, and we apologize if you had some issues during your stay.
  -We take the cleanliness of the condo very seriously. We encourage our guests to reach out to us during their stay if they have any questions or encounter any issues. When a guest leaves we closely inspect our condo and have never seen any signs of mold.
  -We are sorry if our location fell short of your expectations, we are in the heart of Daytona and have great access to nightlife, the beach, residential areas, shopping centers, and water parks.
  -We enforce a strict no smoking policy for our condo, we apologize for our the nearby neighbors but have no control over their decisions.
  We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and will continue to work to provide a wonderful destination for our guests.

• It was ok until‚Ķ..

  The location is great. Doesn’t look like much from the outside. The apartment appliances and flooring was nice. The furniture looks outdated. This wouldn’t have been a bad review actually if my husband hadn’t woke up with bug bites all over him from sleeping on the pull out couch. My suggestion: Throw that old furniture away and start fresh.

• This pic is misleading….

  The area where this place is located looks nothing like the pic. The place on the inside is nice except the outdated furniture in the living room. The location is great if your going to the beach. We used the pullout couch the last night we were there and my husband woke with bug bites all over his stomach back and legs. I suggest definitely getting rid of that old furniture.

• Summer winds condo

  Was very nice on the inside. Parking was kind of off. We did find critters in the condo we stayed in. Overall was nice though.
