  The condo was clean and as described. Partial Ocean view. Couple of touches that would have been nice is if beach chairs and towels were supplied. Also if there were a k cup coffee maker instead of pot. All in all it served its purpose as a place to stay right on the beach with a decent pool.

  Condo was clean and as described. Pool was nice. Only thing that could have made it more enjoyable was if sand chairs and beach towels were provided for use on the beach as we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Would recommend

  This place was very dirty! Lots of excuses about bad plumbing repairs that owners had to fix themselves..That may be and not their fault,but the dirt was not limited to the bathroom..Dirty sheets was the last straw..This place was disgusting! We washed all our stuff when we got home,even if we didn’t wear it! Won’t be returning EVER…

  - To clarify, you entered the unit 45 minutes before the check-in time of 4 pm. While we were glad to allow early access at no charge, it cut off some of our cleaning time. Aside from that, the unit was 99% ready before your arrival.
  - We ensured the sheets were not dirty before your arrival. Unfortunately, we were saddened to see the sheets extremely soiled after your departure, and they had to be replaced.

• Excellent stay and property

  This was a wonderful room and very clean. Love all the decorations and everything worked properly. I like that there was cleaning products included as well as a broom and mop to keep the floors clean. I don’t have anything negative to say about this room, however the listing is *slightly* inaccurate. This is Ocean view, not quite oceanfront but still the room provides an excellent view. It does not directly face the ocean but you can still see everything you need to see sitting outside and from the living room couch as well. the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say, It does not reflect on the room or the owners of this room, just the unfortunate location of the resort. It happens to be directly next to the public use area including picnic tables in the splash pad. However, homeless has completely taken over the area and are there day and night. They do not leave the public use area Leaving it completely unusable for families. They surround the children’s playground,/area, and picnic tables. They essentially live under the shelters there and take over the shelters and the bathroom. It is just unfortunate that these areas are not usable for the public. That is not the fault of the resorts or the owners, just something worth noting if you’re traveling with children.

• Decent but not clean!!!

  The location was ok…not great. Next to a park that has alot of homeless people and drug addicts who overdose daily. Property was clean but dated. They tried to update the room but it’s not even finished. Literally tiles missing on the bathroom walls. No curtains in the bedroom. No place to put anything in the bathroom….no place to hang the 3 towels for 5 nights for 2 people. They do not want any kids there and they even have a book inside the unit describing everything you can and can’t do, mostly cants! The dishes are gross, you rely on the previous renter to clean them. The bed sheets had blood on them. There’s more sand on the floor than the beach. you have to carry 2 keys to get into and out of every door. And to top it off….there’s an envelope for a tip for the housekeeper. Would be acceptable if the renovations were complete and well cleaned but it’s not.
