  We needed a place fast with multiple beds and this place suited our needs just fine, there is not that much traffic if any to the ice machine mentioned and rarely anyone used the elevator and for the location and price it is a fair sacrifice for the occasional noise, stairs are right around the corner for quick beach access , whatever we needed was supplied and everything was communicated great

  We know no one can control the weather. It was nice with 2pexceptions microwave did not work and there was no light bulb in refrigerator. There were 2 fake fingernails under bed. Found when looking for a pill I dropped.

• Black mold in ac

  This property was not cleaned. all dishes had to be re washed the bathroom was a mess, weeks of just and left-over items from previous guests were under the bed. The fan to the bedroom was packed with dust and was not moving any air and the AC had Black mold on it. The tub would fill while taking a shower drained extremely slow. If accommodations could have been found at last min we would have not stayed there. Very deceptive photos did not even come close to what the room looked like or was laid out. I would not recommend this property until it is scrubbed from top to bottom.

Because of your feedback, the owner has had the home deep cleaned since your stay. We also followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -We would like to apologize on behalf of our cleaning service for the apparent issues that you have mentioned in your review. We have emphasized greater attention to detail for cleaning sessions so that future guests are not bothered by the same issues that you seem to have tolerated. Thank you for bringing all of these details to our attention.
  -Since your stay, we had our maintenance team thoroughly clean the A/C ducts. We cleaned the ceiling fans ourselves and collected the extra flooring that you had found under the bed. We have essentially cleaned the unit from top to bottom.
  -We believe the room is accurately depicted in our listing but we are sorry if you were disappointed upon arrival. We have not changed the layout since the pictures were taken.
  -We encourage all guests to reach out to our property manager to express any concerns during their stay. She is ready to tend to guests' needs in a timely fashion.

• Cozy yet beachy

  The place was cozy. Close to everything we needed. There was some housekeeping issues but nothing we couldn't deal with. I do recommend this place. We left happy.

• Awful

  I don’t even want to give it a star but it’s required. We didn’t end up staying at this condo. We walked down a dark, awful smelling hallway with cigarette butts along the way. We opened the door to the condo, it was extremely smaller than it looks in the pictures. Had to plug in lights to turn them on. There was ducked tape on the bathroom door, so it couldn’t be locked, a sign stating to keep the door closed so smoke would not get into the condo room. It was dingy and depressing. We have 2 kids and they actually stated they felt unsafe and didn’t want to stay there. In their words it was like a frat house/ prison cell. So happy my $200 grocery order didn’t go through as we ended up staying in a hotel. We called the owner and she disregarded our concerns and did zero for us. We are reaching out to evolve to inform them of this awful situation. Hope they rethink allowing this owner to use them.
