• Great location but needs some repairs

  We've stayed in this unit 3 out of the last 4 years. The location is wonderful and cannot be beat. However, we were saddened that it seems all of the repairs that were needed were still not repaired from 2 years ago. At that time we were told that the kitchen was about to be updated but it is still not done. Wallpaper is peeling, microwave front is cracked, stains on fridge, flickering dim lights above, and drawers and cabinets are falling apart. The back gate latch has been fixed though and the master bathroom vanity is new and very nice. Overall, this place just needs to have some repairs done and a new set of beds and couches and could probably rent for a lot more. Also, the floors were dirty with black soot that is left on your feet. Given that the rates are still inexpensive, it is fairly priced. The positives are that this location is on the ground floor giving you easy access to the pool and beach and a larger patio that units above. The living area is VERY large and roomy as well. The unit was stocked with nice brand name shampoo and conditioner and pretty much everything you'd need in the kitchen. This is a real gem and just needs some updates and repairs, but otherwise it's a decent rental for the price.

  Very spacious for our family if 4, and location was perfect. First floor condo on the beach with the pool right outside the back door-- couldn't have been better!

  The code they gave me for my door to get in was the wrong one so I had to wait for someone to get there to be able to get in. Pictures they posted was of an upstairs room. Room the gave us was at the very bottom of the condominium. Lights and fans in master bedroom and dining area didn't work.

• Location location location

  The location is perfect two steps to the pool ten to the beach. Patio is large with a nice table and chairs for our family of 6 to eat at and enjoy the view. Beds were comfy and the condo is large. Just a few things. The handle to the patio door is closed so very hard to open and close from the outside! The master bedroom needs a dresser and room darkening curtains. The place could use a good cleaning. But overall I'd come back :)

• Disappointment

  We were highly disappointed on this condo and not worth the money we paid for this place. Here are our complaints1. When walking in the condo the floor had sand all over them, so it wasn't swept/Cleaned before we got there.2. Master bedroom had no dresser so you had to live out of your suitcase.3. Master bedroom closet space was taken up with old bi-fold doors and a huge rug , with the limit of closet space, there was no place to hang your clothes, or any hangers to hang your clothes if it wasn't being used for a storage unit.4. The 2nd bedroom had no hangers to hang your clothes.5. The kitchen cabinets had grease grim on the handles and also the drawers and bottom cabinet were gross. 6. Dishwasher was full of nasty water that smelled like fish and would not drain , obviously a stopped up drain Called the property owner and she said she would call someone . Nobody never came out to fix the issue. 7. Also called the property owner about the sliding glass door in the living room, Hard to open. It took two hands from a adult to open it. Again nobody came out to fix it. 8. Every light fixture in the condo had multiple bulbs blown. Main lighting in the master bedroom didn't work. There was multiple remotes in every room for TVs etc, although only half was needed, but we had to replace missing batteries for the remotes that actually operated the television, due to missing battery covers on every remote instead they use clear masking tape to try hold batteries in!!We did reach out to the property owner and discuss the issues with her. She wasn't aware of all the issues of condo. She also told us we would be get a cleaning fee refund but we have yet to receive it. My husband left multiple messages and she hasn't responded back to us. What is disheartening is reading about alot of the same issues from previous years reviews !! We reached out through email to evolve prior to booking this reservation to go over some of these concerns that were previously posted in reviews to be notified these issues had been addressed!!! that was posted a year ago and still not addressed. Total disappointment for a ground/pool floor condo.
