- Spa isn’t heated but does reach a warm temperature thanks to the weather.
5/5 My family and I came down for the week of spring break. We had been admiring the pictures online, but being there in person was unbelievable. It's a beautiful house with everything you can think of to make your visit memorable. Communication with Phil was easy. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY
5/5 I would give this property 100 stars if possible. Before arrival I made contact with our host (Phil), he was very professional and detail oriented.
The home was immaculate upon arrival! It had everything needed to function on our vacation (the kitchen was fully functional and stocked). The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature and the house was very spacious for our group of 9. The location is perfect to escape the busy city but close enough to arrive to area attractions and shopping within 30 days. We will definitely book again when we return to the area.
