Family Vacation
4/5 Townhouse & amenities were clean & as pictured. However, no trash bags, toilet paper, detergent, etc as listed were actually available & the listed wifi was incorrect. Very poor communication from property manager after asking several questions. Our kids enjoyed the pool & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED at the front desk if you ask. Very strict rules in the pool area - no kids in the hot tub, everyone must have their band or they deny entry, and even drinks cannot be brought in. Nothing major that ruined our trip, we had a great time, just minor inconveniences. If TV is important to you, the tvs are not "smart" so consider bringing your firestick, etc.
