  We arrived at the condo about 6 pm. It looked like the cleaning crew left in the middle of cleaning. The bedding/linen was still piled up, the tables/counters/sinks were not wiped down and there were piles of swept up dirt on the floor. The number that the clubhouse gave for Evolve was not in service and the number that Evolve had emailed ahead of time had a full voicemail. Once I sent an email to the full voicemail contact I did get a text back that they were getting ahold of the cleaning crew & were not sure what was going on. A crew did come out & clean while we had to go out to dinner (unplanned). We got back to condo at 10 pm and the crew was still there. They did leave before we went in. It smelled a lot cleaner, everything was wiped down. I didn’t necessarily have confidence that the sheets/blankets were washed because they didn’t smell freshly laundered. I did end up washing them all myself for piece of mind. The contact was quick to respond to email, so thankful for that. But glad we did not arrive later in the evening. Also, at check in they collected payment for the amenities. I personally don’t think we should be charged for Thursday because we were unable to use any of them since we didn’t get into the condo until after 10pm. We did not use any amenities Saturday (we were gone at the event we were in town for the entire day) or Sunday (went to Universal for the day). I think you should be able to choose days you are actually using the amenities. This is second time Evolve has been involved in our VRBO. This is the first time we have had issues with VRBO or Evolve.

  - We are sorry about the cleaning not being done when you arrived, we don't know what happened, but we are glad they were able to take care of it for you. I'm sorry you felt like you needed to rewash the sheets but please know they would not have left them dirty
  - The clubhouse amenities are out of our control and are managed by the resort. They do have a rule that if you are not going to use them all you need to do is let the front desk know and you will not be charged for those days only the days you actually use the clubhouse
  - We are not sure what happened with the phone numbers that were provided to you, we have not had any issues and Evolve confirmed that the number provided does not go directly to a voicemail. We are sorry for the inconvenience

• Great property- AmazIng vacation

  The property is very clean and nicely maintained. The stay was very convenient for us as we had 4 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms and a full kitchen for a family of 4. Kids loved the swimming pool/ lazy river and and the water slide. Plus the open bar at the pool side was a perfect addition to a relaxing evening. I would definitely highly recommend this property for a relaxing, comfortable stay and will stay here next time we are in Florida

• Great Experience

  Great getaway for me and my family. My husband birthday was yesterday and my daughter birthday is today. The lazy river and arcade is awesome. The kids had a great time. Look forward to returning!!!
