If it seems too good to be true…
3/5 The house was okay. Pool was nice. Clean enough home, there was damages around the home and some staining on carpets etc. We arrived to find a blender and bought some drink making stuff only to find out blender was broken, management did rectify this the next day which was appreciated. The main reason we chose this location was the amazing game room shown in their pictures, unfortunately, upon arrival we found that two of the machines were broken (one racing machine as well as Pac-Man cocktail table) we made the best of it but at this price point a night, the phrase “making the best of it” should not have been needed to be said. Overall we will be staying somewhere else on our next outing to Disney.

My daughter's 2nd birthday vacation
3/5 Me and my family stayed here for my daughters 2nd birthday celebration the house was beautiful but the property manager Gary was very lazy .. did not text back we couldn't use the pool the last 3 days of our vacation outta a 7 day stay .. the house was extremely hot the air wouldn't go under 72 but we made the best out of it

cleanliness
3/5 Carpet was extremely dirty, stained. All of the ceiling fans were filthy with a buildup of black dirt on the blades. Disposal didn't work, strange odor in house that permeated clothes. Thermostat was locked on one setting, no adjustment. Door code did not work, when we called contact got message to call someone else. We had problems with some of the lights and one of the tv's. Reported it but nothing was done to fix it. Had problem with the pool, we reported it and it was fixed the next day. All of the appliances were old and not well maintained, expected better for the cost and ads for the property.

Great family vacation
5/5 The house was exactly as described. The few issues we had the property manager was quick to answer and solve. The location was good and the neighborhood was peaceful. The kids loved the pool at the house, the community pool, and the pickleball court.
