  Nice place. Fairly clean. Neighbors were noisy and there is a combination of owners and renters here. Can be an interesting mix. Heard the neighbor pounding up the stairs and walkingAround till 1 am. Heard screaming/ yelling a few times. Amenities are nice and it gets packed but that is to be expected. On our last day, only 1 worker in the restaurant so lines were long.

• Nicely decorated, bright home!

  We were extremely happy with our stay here over the March break.

  Overall we were impressed with the place. Nicely decorated, bright and very clean. Plenty of space for 6 people with 3 stylish bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and sheets seemed like new.

  The gated complex was quiet and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool slide and the game room and we ALL enjoyed the lazy river! It was quite busy a few days over March break but we always found a chair and relaxed by the pool.

  The house had pool noodles for us to use(tucked in by the washer/dryer). We didn't need to buy any kitchen items/utensils, everything we needed was there including a waffle maker!

  We will definitely be back!

• Clean, comfy stay for FL parks

  We stayed here for a trip to Disney and Universal parks. The place is clean, adequately comfortable furniture and quiet, gated neighborhood. Other positives for us was having multiple bathrooms- traveling with two teenage girls is no joke and is easier managed with multiple bathrooms! I also loved that the bedrooms had TVs so everyone had their own space to unwind after the parks. One thing to mention for those not familiar with the area- the distance to the parks is pretty close (from a mile/km) perspective but it took us about 30-45 minutes to get to the parks with Disneyworld being closer to 30 minutes and Universal Studios being closer to 45. We’ve been to Disneyland in CA multiple times and expected traffic to the parks. The issue isn’t the parks but rather FL roadways compared to what we are used to in CA or our home state AZ. The roads in FL are very “twisty-turney” maneuvering around lakes/marshland and many are single or double lane so the distance in miles seems to take longer than what we expected. At first this was disappointing to take so long to get to and from the parks but it ended up being a welcomed solace to get away from the traffic and people closer to the parks and the neighborhood was so quiet- the distance was a welcomed reprieve. Would recommend for those that don’t need or want to be right next door to Disney.
