This was my 2nd time staying at the Bahama Bay Resort. This condo and the prior one were both nice and well maintained. The resort premises was also nice and clean. The Tradewinds is an on-site restaurant. The food and drinks were good. The service was a little slow but the staff was very nice.

Our twin 30 something kids do the Disney runs each year. We have stayed at BB for about 15 years enjoying different condos and areas in the resort. We found this one very nice and convenient. Always a pleasure.

I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend and I do. Ac was not cold at all! I get that when we first there it wasn’t cold, we just assumed maybe so, but the following day, I msg the property manager by Gary, who had texted me the morning of that we check in changed our passcode, if he could have somebody come by to check the ac I didn’t get a reply. The entire time our stay was miserable and hot at night bc we went out most of tHe day, but came back to a hot place since the ac wasn’t working. Gary did not answer me back at all about the ac. I had to re read everything in my email to be able to contact somebody from Evolve just to get the ac fix. I had called the front desk at the resort to see if they would send somebody, claimed they did but nobody ever show up until I contacted Evolve, and it was already our last night there. The whole experience was stupid. Along with that when we first got there, somebody left their leftover takeout on the living room table as if they got done cleaning and just got up and left without taking it with them. The place would’ve been perfect if there was an elevator, if somebody didn’t leave their leftover, and the ac was working properly.

Good morning. When I arrived at the -------- 07-15 -2022 I was not very happy the living room sliding door do not lock the master bed room blinds one is broken on the floor I don’t want be responsible for. The side of the refrigerator floor was dirty there was just one set of bath towels in the master bedroom we couldn’t find the other towels we had to buy towel the socket by the dinning room table is broken . I have pictures I can email the to u and also the refrigerator where u get water and ice from under the tray was very nasty and dirty I cleaned it and. I took pictures to prove it.

-We have very high standards for our property and use a professional cleaning service to have the home cleaned before each guest's arrival. We'd like to clarify that our property manager oversees the unit and found no cleanliness issues to resolve
-We have been working on renovating our home, and it's complete! We have painted the inside, with new flooring, refrigerator, and vertical blinds and changed the appearance overall so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
-Unfortunately, your stay was booked after a previous guest had caused damage to the blinds, we were not notified, but we're sorry how this impacted your stay
-The safety of our guests will always be our highest priority. Based on your feedback, the socket is new, though we have addressed the loose cover outlet by adjusting it, and should not be a concern for future guests
We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!
