Family Christmas Gathering
5/5 This was a great place which allowed us to host the first Christmas gathering of my wife's entire family in 20 years, with some traveling from Australia as well as from across the US. Conveniently located near multiple stores, restaurants and services that were open even on Christmas Day. The house was spacious and clean, and the large open first floor allowed for all to be together, especially as the weather was unseasonably cold for Florida. The host was immediately responsive to any concern. The house is located in a quiet family oriented residential subdivision that was perfect for our gathering, including 3 young children.

2/5 Our family booked this property for a post Christmas vacation. This is our 4th stay in this part of Florida and our second trip here this year.
The overall communication with the management was great. Location and community very nice and friendly.
All of our major concerns were with the house itself.
The overall upkeep of the home was really poor. Just to list some of the issues.
- home was not very clean walls in the kitchen and around the eating area were dirty with food from past guests. and dust was built up on the tops of many surfaces.
- chairs in the dining area were broken, not matching, and there were not enough for the amount of people the house can accommodate.
- there wasn’t enough plates, bowls, mugs, glasses for the more then 4 people. Not much to cook with either.
- many items didn’t work or were damaged. Just to mention a few Tv in one of the rooms would not turn on. Toaster didn’t work but was replaced by management. Coffee maker leaked water if it was filled and set the night before. Batteries in all the remotes needed to be replaced.
As mentioned before having stayed in many similar homes in the same area for around the same price this home had by far the worst upkeep.
