• Nice property, but obviously going through a transition

  When we arrived at the property it was furnished nicely. however there were not any extra blankets. There were a few things broken that obviously needed to be fixed, and the hot tub was not working properly. When they finally somewhat fixed the hot tub the next day they then shocked the pool and we were not informed, My kids and grandkids that come over to enjoy the pool for the day had their eyes burned and the girls hair is fried to a crisp. We are having to purchase extra strength conditioner to attempt to save the girls hair. They came out of the pool with their hair almost fused together. And when I asked what they had done to the pool I was told that they just put the normal light amount in to balance it out. That is not normal. I have owned pools in the past and it was awful. I had to wash and condition my 7 year olds hair 4 times to get it to somewhat feel normal. and it is still damaged, The new manager as very responsive and nice. But he has a long road ahead of him on this property. It was not a good value for the money I paid with several things being broken and not being able to use the pool and hot tub for the entire time we were there. Very disappointed with that part.

  - We apologize for the issues you experienced with the hot tub during your trip. The hot tub was heating up fine and still operable, but the jets were not working. We are in the process of fixing this for our future travelers!
  - Guest safety is our top priority so our pool maintenance team always makes sure to add the proper chemicals to balance out the water. We've never experienced issues with it and are sorry to hear of these concerns.
  - We're looking into all of your concerns and plan to make the appropriate changes where necessary and appreciate the time you took to leave your review!
