• Horrible experience!!!!!

  If I could rate a zero I would. To begin the first day we arrived we only got to use the pool during the day time. Since the outdoor netting was ripped open and a Raccoon was trying to come in. Thank god we noticed if not someone could’ve gotten hurt ! Second day the kids try getting in the pool but it was cold and we paid for spa/pool heating. The bubbles in the spa wasn’t working… I call the host EMILIO, to ask for help. He tells me he’ll somebody over in the next 30-40mins. Two hours later I call again because no one has came to try and fix it…. He gives me attitude telling me there’s nothing he can do. When I told him about the broken net and the Raccoon issue he tells me “there’s nothing he can do because the Raccoon is MOTHER NATURE!!! that the net is specifically for the mosquitos !!!” I honestly couldn’t believe this person was speaking to a paying customer this way !Not only that but he insinuated we had broke the net !!!!! They shouldn’t be renting a home if there’s things broken and they’re putting people at risk ! I also mentioned to him how he was being nasty and he just got even more nasty with me ! They shouldn’t have people like him working there, if I get a home for my family and myself the plan is to relax and not stress and get upset! At this point I just accepted that the whole trip was a waste of money. Never again !!!! Also when coming inside the community they have the longest line of cars to come in they make you wait !

  Owner's response: "Monick, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
  - When you contacted us on Saturday evening the night before you were to check out, we tried to get someone out to fix the pool screen and spa knob. The soonest we could have someone out was Sunday for the spa knob and Monday for the pool screen. We were not able to get these repaired before your checkout on Sunday morning.
  - We have not had any issues with Emilio negatively treating our guests and we apologize if this was misinterpreted as it was not meant that way, but when your husband was aggressive he immediately went on the defensive. This was reported to Evolve, we apologized that we could not take care of your issues immediately.
  - We would never put any of our guests at risk, your safety always comes first.
  We're sorry about the traffic, we have no control over this.

• Everything You Could Ever Ask For And More

  We had a fantastic stay at this home for our family vacation! Tons of space, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was perfect and very private especially compared to some of the other homes we walked by in the community. We spent many afternoons out back enjoying the weather. Lots of shade and seating available too which isn't always common. The games room was a nice addition as well, we played lots of pool at night. The theming in two of the bedrooms and games room was truly incredible, I imagine kids would love it. We appreciated the Pack N Play and highchair so that we didn't have to rent them for our baby. Short drive to Disney property though the traffic can be pretty brutal depending on the time of day. Lots of food options only a short drive away. The hosts communicated everything we needed to know very clearly and we were well taken care of. The gated community was very nice and the shared areas were also great though we didn't use them as much as we had hoped, we appreciated the lazy river when we spent some time there one afternoon. We would definitely return in the future, thanks for fantastic vacation rental!!!

• Exactly as described and what we wanted

  Whenever I book a house I look for a few things. Cleanliness, game room for kids, private pool, multiple bedrooms 4+.This house hit on all of them and met all expectations and needs. Great house, great area, and easy communication. Highly recommend and would book again in future

• Family trip

  Very nice house.Only problem was heater in pool and hot tub could not be separated.If it was very hot in hot tub it was very hot in pool.Needs to be a separate control for each.Otherwise, everything was great.
