Nice location, nice property, needs better housekeeping upkeep
3/5 Place was great, pool was a lot smaller than we envisioned by the pic, it's basically a little larger than a hot tub. Big area, nice space and comfortable, community is great. the housekeeping is bad, no toilet paper, no coffee filters but had coffee, which would have been fixed if the cleaners followed the checklist that was in there. overall good stay.

Not as expected
2/5 Good location. However the fire alarms went off several times per night. The house was not very clean, not many towels, no hand soap, only two full rolls of toilet paper for 5 bathrooms. Only one trash bag. When brought to the attention of the point of contact was told they only provide a “starter kit” be prepared to bring your own toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and bath towels

Never again
2/5 Got there and the AC was broken , wrote to the property manager and he responded quickly was great but didn’t do anything about the situation til the following day around 7pm. I spent over 700 dollars and was with children in a 80 degrees house. There are spiders and bugs all over the walls as you go up stairs and found 2 roaches. Overall it was a horrible experience honestly. Never again!

5/5 Overall we were very very very pleased with our stay at this wonderful condo. It was perfect for our family. Very clean & great location & kids loved the small private pool. There were a few minor things either broken, missing, or not provided, but nothing that kept our trip & stay from being amazing! Thanks for a fantastic time!!! We would, however, like to know what additional $298 fees were for? And, maybe to have had warning that there was a 5-6 ft alligator in the pond right outside our back door! Lol
