Family vacation
5/5 We had the time of our life it was a blast kids loved it we loved the house no complaints at all and also we are looking to come back in June for my birthday looking to book again this week for June Thru Evolve thanks the the Evolve team our expectations were beyond met
Great house
5/5 No problems with renting this property, house was very nice and clean as seen online, Property manager was very easy to contact via phone and email, I highly recommend renting this house, it was like being at home, I will rent again on our next trip to Florida. I rate house 10/10

The disappointment
3/5 Property was ok, not great though...outdoor furniture was all broken and full of mold and stains of questionable origin,,,,upon complaint some was replaced which was great but not all that needed replacement was replaced.... cutlery and frying pans were well beyond their life span and were unusable...... house was clean inside upon arrival but house finishes need updating and doors and rails had much hand grease/ dirt visible, showing that cleaners are not picking up on this, window blinds in some windows didnt function and top quilt on one bed had stains of unknown origin.... seems the property manager doesn't perform quality reviews .. this property has much potential but is not maintained properly.Pool was clean and heated as requested.I can provide pics of the issues stated upon request if property owner is interested or cares. I paid premium price for the property but don't feel I got what I paid for.
