  The experience of booking and checking in were swift and easy, this property did have some issues though. Scuffed and dirty walls, peeling wallpaper in the star wars room, no fans in most of the rooms, pool table had big tears, couches were very uncomfortable, hot tub is not heated, tv had terrible sound quality (my phone had better quality), sugar ant problem, cob webbs on the chandelier, bunk beds had loose railings, terrible trash bags (stuff almost emptied onto the floor upon just trying to tie bag), bare minimum kitchen set up, and poor quality paper towels and toilet paper. Resort and club house were amazing! Location great! Plenty of space for activities, and nice big master bathroom.

  The over all experience of the house was great the only concerns we had was the pool wasn’t clean. I reached out to the property manager she was great someone came out but they didn’t do a good job. My mom said she smelled a bad smell at night from the pool in her room. The club house was perfect the area was great as well very quite and peaceful which I loved it. The kids didn’t want to go home I didn’t either.

  Home seemed ok when we arrived. Then tried to turn on tv cable ,no batteries on any remotes. Cable was not working either. Finally after a day cable worked only in living room. First time microwave use tripped breaker never worked again.i called the host who then had me call the owner to assist me. He said would send me a portable microwave because repairs could not be done till I was gone. Portable never showed up and owner asked me to send pics of the model number for him , ah sorry I dnt work for you not my job.i paid alot for this rental to not have things work and an owner who would not come thru and a host who said she only does minimal things for guest. After owner agreed to give me credit on my fees he managed to send me a text on how things where wrong on the house. Things that where already wrong with house when we arrived. As to imply we did something to his home. Small things he mentioned I saw when we arrived but im.notcone to complain about small stuff only things like appliances or pool etc.Thia home had wall paper peeling in game room and he tried say as we did that. Pool screen was damaged , we never even saw that due to only being able to use pool one day.i can go on with other things Good customer service doesn't tell its customers things wrong if not customers fault. I requested some kind of refund
