  • Good Location

    While the location was nice, the unit needs a little updating. Front door has large gap underneath. The unit was spacious with TV’s in all rooms. However, the TV in the master bedroom did not work. There were no hangers in any of the closets. The unit is stocked more for weekly renters than longer term. Only enough dishwasher pods and washing machine pods for a week were supplied so we had to purchase our own. Cutlery was a mishmash with few spoons. Glasses consisted of one wine glass and a mishmash of others. Master toilet was dripping constantly. Probable needed a new flapper. The stove works, but needs to be fixed or replaced. The fridge, with it’s ice maker, worked wonderfully. I would stay in this location again, just not in this unit.

    Hi Jim, we're glad you enjoyed the location but we're sorry certain aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    -While we do accommodate a well-stocked home with enough paper goods, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and essentials to accommodate the house occupancy, guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups
    Our property manager checks all TVs and remotes in the home as a routine before a guest's arrival time. All of the TVs in the home were working before and after your check-in
    -We have inspected the the stove and it is fully functional it shouldn't be a concern for future guests
    -We are sorry that you felt the silverware did not match. We furnish the kitchen with the basic supplies and glasses and silverware for home occupancy.
    -Communication is highly important to us and we are always readily available to answer any questions or concerns, we never got a call or a word response. We are always available should guests need anything while in residence
    -Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the hangers since this is not consistent with our expectations. We have passed this along to our property manager to make sure they will uphold our high standards and that nothing will be overlooked in the future

    Got a lot of value for the money. Apartment was wonderful. Had everything that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back.

    The location was great. Nice and quite relaxing pool area and kid friendly. Close to different places to shop. Just suggest the cleaning crew do a better job.

  • Very average apartment with problems

    There are a lot of Airbnb options in the area with better accommodations for the price. The blinds in our apartment didn’t work. There were lights that didn’t work. There weren’t enough towels or tissue for a 3 bedroom. Worst of all, the main pool and work our facility were down for construction work and neither the apartment manager or owner mentioned this or offered any reduction in rate because of the lack of these accommodations, even though the apartment advertised them. My sense is the apartment manager never visits the apartment so much hey have no idea what’s going on and therefore are not helpful. Below average experience.

    - The blinds are fully functional but are a bit stiff. We're sorry if this affected your stay!
    - All burnt-out lightbulbs have been replaced.
    - The community facilities are out of our control, we do apologize that they were unexpectedly closed during your trip.
    - We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Happy but dissapointed.

    This property was nice , however the tvs were so old we had a hard time getting them to work do we just watched out phones. The sheets in the the 2nd queen size bedroom we r e so dirty we had to take them off because we were not sleeping on them. The property said it provided towels. Had I know it was 2 towels we would have brought our own. The kitchen walls had so many stains on them..... the light for the little sitting porch off the master didn't work. Check in time said 3 when I contacted the property manager letting him know we were there and going in it took him a bit to get back to me and then asked if we could go in at 4 however we were already inside ..all of a sudden the door opens and it's the cleaning crew bringing supplies which wasn't a big deal...however it says checkout needed to be on time but check in definitely wasn't on time. I did enjoy the property I think if they took the time and updated it would be way better. We paid alot of money for this property and couldn't even watch TV while we were there... except for the kids room with the two twin beds that had a bread new tv...we had to go on a search to find remotes because they were not where they should be and didn't have backs on them...and they didn't work anyways neither did the cable boxes it was frustrating that's for sure...it was great have Publix there though!!

    Hi Laura, we're glad you enjoyed certain aspects of this property, but sorry your stay fell short in other areas. We followed up with the homeowner and property manager, who would like to share this feedback:
    - All TVs are less than five years old, and past guests have not reported any issues getting those to work. We will inspect them to ensure nothing needs to be fixed or replaced.
    - The sheets are always washed between guests, and we provide towels on each bed as well as extras in the closet. We're sorry if you did not find those.
    - We confirmed that the property was ready at check-in time, but our cleaning supervisor did have to stop by again to drop off supplies.
    - The lights are always checked between guests, and we recently replaced several bulbs indoors, but we apologize if we missed the outside light.
    - We do all we can to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all guests, and we would have been happy to address these concerns had we heard from you. We encourage future travelers to contact us right away should they need anything!
