• Very dirty and smelly

  The space was dirty and smelly as soon as we got there from the floors to the bathrooms , sheets and pillows were smelly and looked like it Has not been washed not sure why I got charged a cleaning fee it was ridiculous the washer was the most disgusting 🤮 thing I have ever seen full of mold I couldn’t wash there and that is where they wash all the sheets it was horrible the sofas were dingy and smelled really weird the a/c vent hasn’t been cleaned for months horrible experience for me and my kids would not recommend to anyone they really need to get there stuff together this place is a health hazard

  Was very disappointed, actually disgusted how dirty the place was. Was pee all over one of the toilet seats, even though it had one of the paper strips to say it was cleaned. Our feet were black within the first 2 hours, there was nothing there to clean the floors.Was dried food crumbs on counters in kitchen, and dried spots on kitchen floor where something was dumped. This place in no way was cleaned. I got Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. I contacted the rental agent about dirty toilet and spills in kitchen right away, they sent someone to clean, they just wiped up the one spot. I texted again about the filthy floors, the owner was notified and she sent some one to mop common areas. She also had them bring a swiffer for us to use. I dusted and mopped the whole place. We found food wrappers under couches, my daughter found used tampon tubes and tampon wrappers under bed!! The owner did give us back our cleaning deposit, I feel for her paying for a cleaning service that is not cleaning. I question if the beds were even changed...that I will not know.

• WOW! AMAZING!!

  My family & I absolutely loveddd 3520 Calabria!! It was our second year doing our family vacation in Florida and if we ever came back I will definitely try to book this home again! Central AC was on point, it was never too warm but it was never overwhelmingly cold either and I have little ones! everything was spotless, it felt like home away from home.. The staff in the resort were all so kind, professional and extremely helpful! We noticed our garbage bin outside was still loaded from the previous guest and not bagged as it should’ve been as per the contract. We emailed management & Fred was very professional, extremely helpful & responded very quickly. The beds, pillows and comforters super comfy & clean, there were extra towels and pillows. Overall, our stay was everything I could’ve asked for and more. We would definitely book again! But like with everything there were little things I would suggest management took into consideration. For example, providing more toilet paper, tissue paper rolls, garbage bags, dish washing soap and sponge and not only dish washing soap, I personally rather wash my dishes. Nonetheless, thank you for welcoming my family and I!

• Nice Orlando area townhome

  Overall, we loved the townhouse and the Regal Palms resort. We had eight total people, 5 kids and 3 adults, and it was exactly as described with enough beds for everyone. The pool, lazy River, and hot tub were very nice. The only downfall of this vrbo is that they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one trash bag per trash can (one in kitchen and one in each bathroom). There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. When I emailed to ask about extra trash bags, I was told they only provide the one. Well, with eight people there for 5 days, obviously one trash bag for the kitchen wasn't enough. Same with the toilet paper. The first night there we left to get hand soap for the bathrooms (because gross), but also had to buy toilet paper and kitchen trash bags. We flew so did take the trash bags but I guess we donated a pack of toilet paper to the house. Those things were unexpected and irritating, but aside from that, the town house is great.
