  Floor was very sticky smelled old when we went in for first time. Not enough towels for number of rooms and listing included heat pool and they knew it was broken . 73 in Florida set for air was horrible for upstairs too stuffy

  - Each room has towels, and we also have extra towels and pool towels in the linen closet downstairs
  - Our listing has never advertised pool heat

• Bed bugs

  The house is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance. When we returned home, we were covered in bed bug bites! We had a great trip but would not recommend this house.

  - Unfortunately, the house was infested with pests and was shut down immediately after the guest advised us of the situation. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and we've been resolving this matter using several treatments. We even disposed of the master bed frame which is now in the process of being replaced.
  Please forgive us as this was an unforeseen circumstance.

  We found food wrappers upstairs my nephew was eating food he found upstairs that we didn't bring there were ants all over the upstairs bathroom and kitchen the a/c was broke house was 90 degrees didn't matter if you were inside or outside the only way to get comfortable was to get in pool we spent a total of 8 hours on the phone trying to get help and kept getting transferred to someone else to move somewhere else to be told they might not find something before we would check out. We got brought 4 fans for a 5 bedroom house which just blew hot air at you we didn't even finish our trip out we left early due to the conditions we were in

• Not luxurious, but comfortable and well located to WDW and the Kissimmee area.

  Note that the Master Bedroom (only king-sized bed) is upstairs. We missed that in the property info, but the queen bed downstairs worked fine for us. the property easily accomodated eleven of us. Would certainly stay there again. All dealings with the owners were efficient and clear.
