Wonderful host, wonderful stay
5/5 The house is clean and tastefully decorated. Our host showed up when we arrived to ensure we had no problems entering the property and asked if we needed anything. She was so thoughtful and pleasant. There was homemade cookies waiting for us in the kitchen and coffee was available. The host also surprised my daughter with balloons for her birthday. The property is close enough to the highway to make it easy to get to but far enough that we heard no noise. The area is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the area, swimming with manatees, walking near the springs and just enjoying nature. We would definitely book here again when we return.

Superb accommodations!
5/5 Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need. We loved the screen porch - perfect place to relax after our busy day. The word host is used for all properties but we really felt “hosted” here at the Bird Nest! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

5/5 The “Bird’s Nest” was the perfect home away from home for our family. All 5 of us were very comfortable in this spacious home with all the modern trappings we needed to make the stay easy and comfortable. Sharon, our host, greeted us on arrival and set the tone for our trip with her kindness and generosity. House was very clean and everything worked as expected. We’d absolutely be back next time when we plan to swim with the manatees!
