3/5 We really enjoyed the property and the location right on King’s Bay was awesome. We enjoyed the swing on the end of the dock and were even visited by manatees!However, we encountered a plumbing problem, that we reported to Ashleigh promptly. She responded saying it would be taken care of the next day. 3 days later, the issue was still not resolved. We ended up saving them $$$ by fixing it ourselves. It was frustrating working with Ashleigh/the owner getting this issue resolved. Ashleigh’s VM box was always full in trying to contact herWe wasted a lot of time and energy dealing with them ….we hope other vacationers don’t have to do thisGary

After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: "We are so glad that you enjoyed your time in Crystal River and were able to take advantage of all our house has to offer! Plumbing issues can certainly be an annoyance and usually happen at the most inopportune times. When you notified us of the issue at 11:30 am on Sunday we immediately called our plumber. Unfortunately, they didn't have any availability until Tuesday. It was good fortune that you were able to clear the clog on Monday evening and continue enjoying the house for the remainder of your stay. We hope you enjoyed your "thank you" for your assistance with the clog and that the next time you travel to Crystal River you consider staying with us again!"

5/5 We were fortunate enough to have rented this house 2 years in a row over Labor Day weekend. The house is in a perfect location for boating around Crystal River, exploring the springs, as well as enjoying food and entertainment on the water. We enjoyed peaceful mornings on the dock watching the sunrise, fishing and our son loved the telescope for looking at the stars at night. The house has everything you need from extra towels, a well stocked kitchen and even kayaks to enjoy. We highly recommend this rental and are even planning our next visit!

Slice of Paradise in Crystal River
5/5 We were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful home 2 years in a row over Labor Day weekend. The house is in a perfect location for boating to nearby springs, enjoying food and entertainment on the water, or a short boat ride to the Gulf. The house was spacious enough for 2 families to share with extra linen and a kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, taking advantage of the kayaks, a telescope at night and a swing to just sit back and relax. As our trip came to an end we all agreed to start planning our return visit! We highly recommend this rental without hesitation!

5/5 Love this house ! clean ,comfortable spacious there are kayaks available to use I sat on the porch swing every morning with my coffee saw manatees just a overall awesome place can’t wait to return in future
