• Amazing gem on Crystal River

  My husband, two sons and friends enjoyed all this place had to offer and didn’t want to leave- from the beautifully decorated interior, well stocked with towels and everything one could need to the outdoor fire pit, dock, kayaks - we couldn’t ask for more

• Great location, everything we needed

  We had a great time in Crystal River and this location was perfect. Looks exactly like posted. Very clean, everything needed to cook and eat in, and we were close to all of our activities. The kayaks and bikes were great. Paddled around, easy to get around and find our way back and the water was very smooth. The dock made it easy to get in and out of the kayaks. Lots of places to bike - very bike friendly. We were very satisfied with the accommodations - Thank you!

• House on the canal

  Everything was GREAT and if I come back, I will defiantly stay here again. Close to everything we needed. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

• Great spot with one major problem

  House is in a great location and was well equipped. Has everything we needed as a family of four and then some. Small issue w check-in where the lock code wasn’t accurate. Major issue with bugs - in the 5 days we were there, we saw no less than 20 roaches. In the kitchen - silverware drawer, dishwasher, counter. In the living room - couch pillows, game box, carpet. In the bedrooms, one even crawled out of a tissue box we had for my daughter’s runny nose. I contacted the property and while they replied they would address, I didn’t hear back. I contacted them again and they said someone would come to spray, but nobody did. We were leaning the next day, so I didn’t hound them, but it was gross. I grew up on the area so understand Florida has bugs, but this was clearly an infestation based on the amount we saw (I don’t want to imagine how many we DIDN’T see). Overall, great house but based on what we paid, roaches are simply unacceptable.

  - Thank you for staying in our home as we put a lot of love and care into making sure our guests have an exceptional experience
  - Since our home is within 1/2 mile of a nature reserve and our property is right on the canal, bugs can be prevalent.
  - We have ongoing pest control inside and on our property that manages and protects it, and we've never had this problem before your stay. We sincerely apologize that your family had to deal with what is more than usual
  - Our property manager spoke with you during your stay. Due to it being Thanksgiving, the pest control company had limited availability, and they have a policy of not spraying when guests are in our home
  -We've had our pest control company out twice since your departure to spray the inside and outside of our home, and it seems to be working
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
