Perfect Getaway
5/5 Beds are super comfy. Very clean, nicely decorated. Close to beach, zoo, Kennedy space center - just a good location to go to lots of places. Very nice fire pit and large fenced in yard. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great trip!
5/5 We had a great stay. Property was clean. Can tell they put money into renovating. Everything was very nice and new looking. The backyard was fantastic for our pup. If we ever come back to Cocoa we will be looking to stay here again! One block from the beach. On the map it looks much more difficult but it was perfect and easy road to cross. Located at a quieter part of the beach which was great and could easily walk or drive to the down town and busier part. Chef’s kiss!

Clean, beautiful, relaxing home
5/5 We loved the house — it was beautiful and clean. It accommodated our group of five very well. The host was quick to respond to questions. We walked to the beach during the day and relaxed by the fire pit at night. The neighborhood was quiet (and this was during spring break!) and the beds were very comfortable which made for good nights’ sleep. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in Cocoa Beach. 5/5 This is a wonderful property. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. It’s clean, in a great location and condition, and close to the Kennedy Space Center. We highly recommend it.
