This home was absolutely beautiful
5/5 We had a group of 8 adults and 3 kids that stayed at the house for a week. Melody went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. From the sparkling cider to the the welcome basket of snacks, she really thought of everything! The pool was amazing, the house was clean and had everything you could need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would absolutely come back to this property again!

Perfect rental for a family!
5/5 I’ve rented at least 20 VRBO and the other company’s properties in the last 8 years. This property was the nicest we’ve stayed in. Every detail was well thought out by the owner! We had one tiny issue with a slowish drain, which was resolved almost instantly. The pictures don’t even show the extent of how nice it is! Even the floors are noteworthy! Location is unbeatable. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a short ride up the road where there are tons of great restaurants and shops. We loved The Surfanista for breakfast, Green Room for lunch, and the Fat Snook, Pacific Rim, and Nosh for dinner. The short distance back to the house creates a great buffer between the noise of Downtown Cocoa Beach and the peaceful quiet of this home!WE LOVE THIS RENTAL AND PLAN ON RETURNING ANYTIME WE’RE IN THE AREA.
