Cute and Comfy
5/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Cocoa Beach duplex. It was close to the beach and restaurants, very convenient. Well appointed and very clean. Host provided excellent information on the property and surrounding area. Would definitely stay there again in the future and I hope we will have the chance to do so. Thank you for sharing a little bit of beach life with us!

A short walk to the beach
5/5 The house was lovely and conveniently close to the beach. We were very happy to have the washing machine to use. Our stay was way too short and we hope to come again next year.

Great location
5/5 Great location to walk to ocean and restaurants. Very clean. Had chairs and towels for the beach. Only negative was our side didn’t have access to the grassy back yard that would have been great for the dog, only had one small rocky area that wasn’t very inviting. Would recommend this place.
