Best cocoa beach experience!!
5/5 My family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the pineapple house! We have kids of all ages, 16,14,13,9,& 6. There were toys and board games, beach toys and towels, and plenty of space to get away from one another when needed! I loved that the house was supplied with literally anything you could think that you would need on vacation besides your clothes. Minutes walk to the beach. And very close to stores and anything else you want to do. Thank you for opening your rental to us, we will be back!!

Lots of space and good location!
2/5 The location was great and there was lots of space.. 2 blocks from the beach, but quite far from downtown Cocoa Beach and the pier - that was closer to a 5 minute drive. It was not easy to find after dusk and I would recommend checking in during daylight. The house was not very clean when we arrived. There was dust and hair in the corners of the bathrooms and kitchen. There were also dirty dishes in the cupboards. The outdoor space is not really usable. The bath and shower upstairs also were not clean. Considering there is a hefty cleaning fee, I was hoping the space would be cleaner. That all said, there was plenty of space for my group of 4 adults and 2 kids, it was a decent central location and we appreciated having air conditioning. We did have a great vacation and found the beach quite lovely.

It was a less busy area of the beach which we really enjoyed.

Amazing Location and Very Accommodatinge.
5/5 We truly enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple House. My wife and our 4 kids (ages 1, 4, 6, & 7) loved everything about this place. It is in a very safe neighborhood where all the neighbors seemed very friendly and pleasant. The ~5 minute walk to Cocoa Beach was the biggest highlight. This part of the beach is much more private and you don’t have as many of the hotels and tourists bombarding the area.The Hosts were very accommodating and had extra toiletries and plenty of spare towels, sheets, pillows, etc. They also had some beach items available for use which was great as we had limited room in our van coming all the way from Michigan.A spacious and modern home with all the things you would need on vacation.We will book this house again on our next visit to Cocoa Beach!
