If you want to experience the magic world of Disney, while still having an oceanfront respite - this is the place for you! Spend your days exploring Disney theme parks with Mickey, only an hour away, before returning home for a marvelous sunset over the ocean.
Walk just 2 blocks and you’ll reach the Cocoa Beach Pier, where you can spend an afternoon sightseeing while walking along the shore, then explore the many surrounding boutique shops and waterfront dining options. Take a break and replenish with a pint of fine ale at Cocoa Beach Ale House.
Drive 3 miles north to Port Canaveral, enjoy a night out on the town and treat yourself to a waterfront fine-dining experience. Grab a late night cocktail and indulge in a fresh seafood dinner at Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill.
Take a break from the beach environment and head up to the Kennedy Space Center, where you can spend a day touring the interesting exhibits and history of the program.
Other waterfront activities like dinner cruises, helicopter tours, fishing and kayaking are all available nearby.
If you’re traveling with younger children, take a day and experience the thrills at Disney World or Universal Studios, both less than an hour from home.

Beautiful view
5/5 This condo is well maintained, very clean and safe. April was very pleasant to deal with, quick and helpful when we had a minor issue.The condo is spacious and has everything you’ll need for your trip. The pool is perfect and the view is spectacular. It is just a short walk to the ocean through a private entrance. The balcony is huge, perfect to look at the view.

Vacation
4/5 Overall our stay was wonderful. The instructions to get into the condo could use some clarification. The key is in the lockbox inside the doorway of the actual condo, the parking pass drop box is in the hallway where the mailboxes are (not outside condo #15), and the gentleman who answered the door in condo #15 couldn’t answer questions and asked us to not knock on his door. We loved our stay and had a fabulous time. The condo itself was great, clean, and stocked well. Would definitely stay again.

Cocoa Beach towers
4/5 Was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Oven didn't work and "heated pool" was not usable due to gas problem. A heads up about the pool would have been nice to know before we arrived. It was an important consideration for choosing this property.

Cocoa beach
4/5 Location was amazing. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Only negatives were the oven didn't work and more importantly the "heated" pool was not usable due to a gas line break. This was not the condos fault but a courtesy heads up would have been nice since the pool was a huge reason we chose to stay there.
