Fantastic!!
5/5 Perfect location! We were visiting for work and for vacation. I was 10 minutes from the office at Indian Rocks beach and 10 minutes from Clearwater beach for the family to getaway.
Cat was very easy to work with over the phone to get the internet back up after a power outage.
Very cozy home with a nice entertainment space.
GREAT LOCATION

Plenty of room in the backyard for the evenings.

Ridiculous Fees
3/5 I know you see the fees before booking, but to charge a non-refundable fee for a damage insurance is too much. We would never stay in an Evolve property again. All in all, the fees - cleaning, insurance, etc were more than double the per night listing price. Why not just say it is double?
